Coco Connect is not a surveillance platform. We don't track location, monitor health, or sell personal data. We exist only to provide one gentle daily connection.
We store: your name, email, phone, your loved one's name and phone, the optional email, the greeting time, daily check-in responses, and SMS logs needed for delivery. Nothing more.
You can pause check-ins, edit your information, or permanently delete your account from the dashboard at any time.
SMS messages travel over carrier networks and are not end-to-end encrypted. We intentionally only transmit short, low-sensitivity daily greetings.
